Each individual panel of this diptych measures 11" x 28". I spend a great deal of time in the warm weather floating on Lake Ontario and it was in the process of painting this image that I realized I carry that feeling around with me all year. Hours are spent gazing at the water surface. Going where it goes. Materials used: encaustic and oil sticks.
